About Niki Sue

Niki Sue Mueller is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher with an E-RYT 500 certificate and has been teaching yoga since 2003. She is a longtime student of Richard Freeman and remains loyal to his teaching style, which is an Iyengar approach to the Ashtanga Yoga system built on the thread of the breath. She also teaches other yoga styles such as Hot Yoga and Bhakti Flow.

Hot Fusion - Inversion Yoga

4:30-5:30 pm

A creative and fun cross-training class to increase your performance on and off the yoga mat. This class builds core strength and balance, tones the body, opens the hips, hamstrings and shoulders and explores backbends and inversions in a heated room, 98°F and 50% humidity. While a little cooler than Hot 60, 75 & 90, these classes are still hot.

Vinyasa - Inversion Yoga

5:30-6:45 pm

Through mindful movement, breath, and thoughtfully choreographed sequencing, the vinyasa flow class aims to expand awareness within the mind and body. Expect to move through sun salutations followed by a variety of postures to open the body and challenge the mind.

Core Flow - Teton Yoga Shala

Tuesday

9:15-10:30 am

A fun and creative sequencing of postures with an emphasis on movement, introspection, and intention. This class builds core strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness in all aspects of life. 

Astanga Flow - Inversion Yoga

Thursday

9 - 10:30 am

A challenging class that combines powerful Ashtanga vinyasa flow and will introduce the student to philosophy, breathing techniques, chanting and intermediate to advanced yoga postures

Sculpt - Inversion Yoga

12:00 - 1:00 pm
